PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head which enables a piezoelectric element to be accurately arranged even in the simplification of a method for bonding the piezoelectric element to a fixing member, can enhance the rigidity of a structural member for forming a passage, decreases an ejection speed of an ink drop to be ejected and a change in the quantity of the ink drop, enables inexpensive high-quality printing, and has at least two rows of piezoelectric element groups. SOLUTION: This inkjet recording head is characterized as follows: a laminated piezoelectric element, wherein an inert part preventing the generation of an electric field is formed in a central area and wherein active parts generating displacement by the electric field are integrally formed on both the sides of the inert part, is arranged in the fixing member; and an oscillator group is split in a row in a direction wherein a plurality of rows of pressure chambers are alternately arranged in the fixing member in the order of an area with the active part, an area with only the inert part, and an area with the active part.
