PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing reductive bathtub water which can safely and easily supply the reductive bathtub water having ORP of reducing property equal to that of hot spring water immediately after springing out and further having oxidation preventing effect of the skin during bathing to a public bath or a domestic bath and further can safely and easily perform sterilization washing of the bathtub. SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the reductive bathtub water is provided with a supply means having a supply passage for supplying the bathtub water to a bathtub and an electrolytic cell which is provided in the supply passage and electrolyzes the bathtub water. In addition, the apparatus for producing the reductive bathtub water is preferably provided with a means for pouring a chlorine eliminating agent and /or a chloride into the bathtub water.
