Unit for cleaning apparatus, e.g. spectrometry or medical vessel, has receiver; internal liquid drain tube with 2 openings (internal or external inlet; lower, external outlet), (partly) separated from inside wall so that item to be cleaned can be inverted over inlet or put in receiver, (partly) below inlet; and liquid feed tube connected to receiver below drainage inlet, e.g. below edge of inverted item, with feed inlet above drainage inlet and overflow between inlet levels. Unit (100) for cleaning vessels and apparatus, especially measuring vessels for spectrometry and medical vessels and apparatus, has at least one of the following: receiver (2) for the vessel or apparatus; drain tube (12) with 2 openings (16, 18), the first in or outside the unit and the second at a lower level, outside the unit, so that liquid can be transferred from the first opening to the second through this tube; which passes through the receiver but is (partly) at a distance from its inside wall so that the vessel to be cleaned can be inverted over the upper opening and/or the apparatus or vessel can be placed in the receiver, (partly) below this opening; and feed tube (4) that can be connected to the receiver, especially by a connection zone (6) between the receiver and feed unit, at a point below the first opening, especially below the edge of the inverted vessel to be cleaned, and has a liquid feed opening (22) higher than the first opening (16) of the drain tube (12), and also an overflow (8), above opening (16) and below opening (22). |
