A vestibule (2) for a cold storage doorway, the vestibule comprising a frame (4, 6, 8) for supporting inner and outer moveable doors (10, 12), a heater (20) for circulating air between said inner and outer doors and a variable speed fan (20) for varying the air flow between said doors. The speed of the fan may increase automatically upon opening of the doors and decrease automatically upon the closure thereof to help in reducing the interchange of air from one side of the vestibule to the other when the doors are in their open position. <IMAGE>
