PURPOSE: A method for preparing a charcoal regenerator is provided, to obtain a charcoal regenerator which has an antibacterial effect and a deodorizing effect, emits far infrared ray and can replace for a construction heating aggregate. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of pulverizing 40 wt% of white clay powder containing 90 wt% or more of carbon and 3 wt% or more of ash into 120 mesh or more, 45 wt% of quartz porphyry clay powder into 120 mesh or more, 1 wt% of tourmaline powder into 325 mesh or more, and 13 wt% of quick lime powder into 200 mesh or more; mixing the obtained one with a natural material binder; compressing the mixture with a compression hydraulic cylinder of 2 hp or more; cutting it into a certain size; drying the cut one; and firing the dried one at a low temperature.
