BAFFLE STRUCTURE OF CONDENSER FOR VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE: A baffle structure of a condenser for a vehicle air conditioner is provided to improve brazing bonding performance between a baffle and header pipes by preventing the baffle from deflected or inclining, thereby preventing a leakage of a refrigerant between the baffle and the header pipes. CONSTITUTION: A pair of header pipes(110) are formed of a tank(112) having a protrusion fixing hole(112a) inside, and a header(114) having a plurality of tube combining holes(114a) inside. Plural tubes(130) have both ends fixed at the pair of header pipes and have refrigerant flow paths inside. Corrugated fins are installed between plural tubes. Supports are formed at both sides of plural tubes. A baffle(120) is installed inside the header pipe for defining a flow of a refrigerant. The baffle includes a combining protrusion(124) formed at one side of a main body(122) and a support projection(126) extended at a circumference of the main body in a thickness direction of the main body.
