PURPOSE: A device for changing the angle of a pedal arm in a bicycle is provided to meet the convenience of a user by enabling the user to easily change the angle of the pedal arm. CONSTITUTION: A chain gear(11) is installed at a bicycle body(16) sealed by a cover(16'). Hinge type pedal arms(17,18) are mounted to both sides at a shaft of the chain gear, and have hinges(170,180), respectively. Pedals(12,13) are fixed to the end of the pedal arms, respectively.
