Surface of pipeline elbow to be lines is preliminarily perforated and subject to sand blasting, coated with glue and covered with rubber blanks. Used as blanks for lining are strips of raw rubber calibrated in thickness. Strips are pressed to inner surface of pipeline elbow by means of pneumatic envelope with simultaneous heating and holding in electric furnace at rubber cure temperature. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of pipeline. |
