FIELD: medicine, pediatrics. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should perform passive spheno-orthostatic sample and for the 1st, 5th , 10th min of orthostasis one should register the 1st orthostatic, the 2nd orthostatic ones and after 10 min of orthostasis a child should be put into horizontal position and after 4 min rest it is necessary to register a spheno-orthostatic cardiointervalogram. Simultaneously, one should conduct spectral analysis to determine: Mo (mode) - the most frequently observed cardiointerval R-R, dX - variation amplitude of cardiointervals duration, Amo - mode's amplitude, TI - tension index, AR - autonomic reactivity, R-R aver. - average value for R-R intervals, HR - heart rate, AIB - autonomic balance index, the value of regulation processes adequacy, MQD - mean quadratic deviation, ARV - autonomic rhythmic value, CRT - cardiac rhythm tension. By particular values of measured parameters one should detect the norm in healthy neonatals aged up to 1 mo, in children aged up to 1-4 mo and those aged from 4 mo up to 1 yr, and, also, different degree of lesion severity of central nervous system for the same age groups including premature babies. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability of differentiated diagnostics. ^ 1 ex, 8 tbl |
