PURPOSE: An improved item obtaining method on an online game is provided to obtain the items buried in the earth at different depths by selecting/using various kinds of drills after considering a property of the earth and the depth. CONSTITUTION: A user marks a position to start a digging work(S10). The drill is called to the marked position(S12). The digging work is performed by using the drill in response to the mouse control of the user(S14). In case that the item is found during the digging work, the user obtains the item(S20).
