PURPOSE: A device for removing condensed water for a multi-type air conditioner system carrying out heating and cooling operations simultaneously is provided to remove the condensed water generated by the heat exchange between refrigerant flowing through a four-way valve. CONSTITUTION: A device for removing condensed water for a multi-type air conditioner system carrying out heating and cooling operations simultaneously includes a four-way valve(6a) provided to an outdoor unit for converting the flow of refrigerant according to operation conditions and having ways to flow gas phase refrigerant of low pressure and ways to block the flow of gas phase refrigerant of high pressure in the case of heating subject simultaneous operation or all room heating operation. A condensed water removing unit(70) is provided to the four-way valve for guiding condensed water generated by the condensation of the gas phase refrigerant of high pressure to a liquid phase refrigerant tube of high pressure. The condensed water removing unit includes a guide tube(71) having an end connected to the ways to block the gas phase refrigerant of high pressure and the other end connected to the liquid phase refrigerant tube of high pressure, and a condensed water removing valve(72) to be opened in the case of the heating subject simultaneous operation or all room heating operation while closed in the other cases.
