PURPOSE: A sliding control hip compression screw and a plate are provided to adjust the sliding by rotating a screw spike. CONSTITUTION: In a sliding control hip compression screw and a plate, the screw spike(1) is comprised of the screw thread(11) and the body(12). Adjusting devices(12b,12c) are installed in the body of the screw spike. A surgeon adjust the sliding by rotating the screw spike. The sliding oppression metal plate(2) has a conical shape. The sliding oppression metal plate is located in the center of thighbone.
