<p>PURPOSE: A construction material using the industrial waste and its preparation method are provided, to obtain a construction material which has an insulating effect and a soundproof effect and emits far infrared ray and anions. CONSTITUTION: The construction material is prepared by mixing 20-99 parts by weight of the powder obtained by drying and firing waste gypsum at 50-640 deg.C, 5-40 parts by weight of the powder obtained by drying and firing waste lime at 50-640 deg.C, 5-50 parts by weight of stone powder, yellow soil powder, slag powder, fly ash or carbon material, 0-35 parts by weight of cement, and 0-10 parts by weight of pulverized waste styrofoam powder or dried paper sludge powder; adding 0.001-10 parts by weight of waste aluminum powder or normal aluminum powder, 0-5 parts by weight of a water-soluble polymer having excellent swelling property, and 0-5 parts by weight of sodium carbonate or sodium nitrate to the obtained one and mixing them; and packaging the obtained mixture.</p> |
