An aperture of each section of tubes (9, 10) of the framework has an intermediate piece (101) with a radial bore parallel to each other to accommodate a cable switch. An axial bore (105) is prolonged by a wide portion (106) to accommodate a blocking system. A spring (111) propels a chassis to maintain bolts (108, 109) in the piece (101).
