PURPOSE: A device for molding a foam product is provided to improve quality and productivity by simultaneously performing foaming and surface treatment. CONSTITUTION: A device for molding a foam product comprises an extruding member(20) foaming a material molten in a heating cylinder by using a foaming agent, an auxiliary mold member(30) installed in the front end of the extruding member and passing and foaming the material, a mold member(40) combined to the front end of the auxiliary mold member and molding a product, and a sizing member(50) installed in the front end of the mold member and treating the surface of the product by rapidly cooling the surface.
