PURPOSE: Provided is a fungi-insecticide composition which completely exterminates various kinds of pathogenic bacteria and injurious insects in an environment friendly manner while complementing minerals and vitamins to the crops, and exerts extraordinary fungicidal and insecticidal effects with respect to the lawn grass. CONSTITUTION: The fungi-insecticide composition comprises 20-40wt.% of chitosan diluent, 10-30wt.% of hot pepper extract, and 40-60wt.% of purified water. The chitosan diluent is made by diluting a chitosan extract by 1800-2200 times. The hot pepper extract contains hot pepper, liquor with an alcoholic degree of 35-40, and purified water.
