PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly moisture-permeable and water-absorbing laminate which has a thermoplastic polyester elastomer film laminated showing high pliability and stable characteristics to a change in low temperature and low water absorption properties. SOLUTION: This laminate has a polyester elastomer film laminated on a base material composed of a fibrous substance. The polyester elastomer film is composed of a thermoplastic polyester elastomer which contains 70 to 95 wt% of a random copolymer polyether glycol having a molecular weight of 2,200 to 3,800 and at least two kinds of 2 to 10C alkylene oxide units repeated at random, together with an aromatic ester unit as a constituent component and a water absorption rate of 0.005 to 20 wt% and a moisture permeability (thickness of 30μm) of 3,000 g/m<SP>2</SP>×day or more.
