<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior illumination fixture by a white light emitting diode which is possible to be used for a long term without maintenance cost such as an exchange because power consumption is few and running-out of the light source is remarkably reduced, possible to efficiently illuminate a wide elliptical area by installing a relatively small number of street lamps, possible to reduce expenses remarkably, and which is full of practicality. <P>SOLUTION: In the white light emitting diode exterior illumination fixture, a plurality of plane print-circuit boards 4 mounted with a plurality of white light emitting diodes 3 are installed in a polygon shape so that the white light emitting diodes 3 may be directed onto the lower face side and also may be directed in multiple directions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
