<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally receive a repeating radio wave transmitted from a repeating installation to correct accurately a time, in a time data receiver for receiving a radio wave containing a time code to correct the time based on the received time code. <P>SOLUTION: The repeating installation 30 receives a standard radio wave including a time data i.e. the time code transmitted from a repeating installation 10, and transmits the repeating radio wave including the received time code at the first intensity. The repeating radio wave is transmitted for a fixed time (10 minutes) at the second intensity weaker than the first intensity, when receiving a transmission command code transmitted from the time data receiver 50. When a time correction switch is operated, the time data receiver 50 transmits the transmission command code to the repeating installation 30, receives the second intensity of the repeating radio wave in response thereto, and corrects the time based on the received time code. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
