<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a gall when pressing in a press-in material. <P>SOLUTION: First of all, a positive electrode side heat radiating plate 52 after being formed in a prescribed shape is prepared for pressing a rectifying element 54 in the positive electrode side heat radiating plate 52, and a fitting hole 150 is formed by performing press punch working. Next, four peripheral directional grooves 152 are formed on an inner peripheral surface of the fitting hole 150.
