<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fruit drink product with 100% fruit juice not getting turbid even if fruit juice is extracted. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the fruit drink product with 100% fruit juice from fruits comprises the steps of washing the fruits with water and eliminating the remaining moisture therein, wrapping the fruits one by one with thin film sheets, or the like, followed by freezing, putting one of the completely frozen fruits into a container and thawing it in a wrapped condition using a microwave oven, extracting fruit juice by boring at several points the fruit after thawed through the thin film sheet( wrap ) and heating the fruit with the microwave oven, or the like, again, and collecting the fruit juice thus extracted on a receiving dish after filtering it through a filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
