PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preventing heaping-up of a ground portion at the time of excavating earth during construction of a soil cement pile. SOLUTION: The method is carried out by employing a device formed of a rotation axis, a digger at the tip of the axis, and press-fitting blades protruded from the axis. According to the method, by rotating the press-fitting blades, ground earth around a pile head is press-fitted to the ground on the periphery thereof, and the ground at a pile location is excavated, followed by injecting a cement milk into an excavated hole, to thereby construct the pile.
