PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and reliably connect a pasteboard for non-feed labels to a pasteboard for labels being fed with a simple configuration regarding a feeder of the pasteboard for labels for feeding the pasteboard for labels, where the labels are pasted with a specific interval. SOLUTION: The start end section of the pasteboard for non-feed labels is positioned at a specific position between a bearing member and the connection member of a connection member retaining means in advance. When the pasteboard for labels being supplied travels by specific distance from the time when the termination of the pasteboard for labels being supplied is detected by a termination detection means, a feeding means is stopped and the pasting means is operated, and the connection member being retained by the connection member retaining means is pasted across the termination section of the pasteboard for labels being supplied and the starting end section of the pasteboard for labels not being supplied.
