<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffusion spray nozzle of a type using an easily-manufactured nozzle piece which is simple in structure, easy to set the diffusion angle of spray mist and capable of obtaining a uniform spray density. <P>SOLUTION: In the diffusion spray nozzle 1, a nozzle piece 3 having a plurality of nozzle holes 4 bored along the periphery 4 is inserted into a nozzle casing 2, the nozzle piece 3 has a flat front end surface 3a on which a jet port 6 penetrating the inside of the nozzle piece 3 in the direction vertical to the front end surface 3a is formed.
