PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily delete Web information registered in a portal site from an Web browser. SOLUTION: A mail input means 304 converts a text of received electronic mail into an HTML. A Web server 302 stores information Web pages 307 as data of a mail text converted into the HTML and a list Web page 311 as a title of the received electronic mail hyperlinked to the information Web pages. The list Web page has a function for automatically update itself according to increase in the information Web pages, and displayed on the Web browser of a client machine 401 when a general user browses the information Web pages. Furthermore, the number of unread in information Web pages 307 is automatically updated by browsing. A management Web page 309 is displayed on the Web browser of a client machine 501 of a Web manager and used to update the information Web pages, an additional file 308 and the list Web page.
