PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which shows remarkable staining properties and is composed of a coated layer molded of a polyvinyl chloride resin composition having favorable adhesion with urethane which reduces a foreign sound generated by friction with another component due to a vibration during the traveling of a vehicle and a foamed urethane layer. SOLUTION: The laminate is composed of the polyvinyl chloride resin-coated layer for a vehicle interior trim which is molded of the polyvinyl chloride resin composition obtained by blending 30 to 150 pts.wt. of a plasticizer and 5 to 100 pts.wt. of an acryl-modified polyorganosiloxane obtained by emulsion graft copolymerization to 100 pts.wt. of the polyvinyl chloride resin with a degree of partial crosslinking of 10 to 50 wt%.
