摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a solar cell module that can accurately measure temperature at a plurality of points on a body to be laminated as a solar cell module and can control a plurality of heating elements so that warpage is not generated. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing a solar cell module is provided with an upper chamber 1, having a diaphragm 3 for pressing a body 8 to be laminated as a solar cell module, a lower chamber 5 wherein a heater table 6 is provided with a heating element 7 for heating the body 8, and a vacuum pump 13 for evacuating the lower chamber 5. A non-contact type thermometer 9 is provided to measure the temperature at a plurality of points of the body 8, and a plurality of heating elements 7 are provided to heat the body 8, on the basis of the measuring result of the thermometer 9 so that the body 8 is made uniform in temperature at the plural points. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p>
