<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the magnetic treatment effect in a wide range by forming a variable magnetic field in a wide range. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic field inversion device for periodically inverting the peripheral magnetic field is provided at the center and one or a plurality of magnet capsules with permanent magnets movably enclosed inside compartments are disposed to make the magnetic treatment apparatus.
