PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery test module capable of monitoring an operating condition of a battery, and determining a charging condition and soundness. SOLUTION: A storage battery is equipped with with a battery housing body 18, and a plurality of electrochemical cells 30 in the battery housing body electrically connected to the terminals 12, 14 of the storage battery. A battery test module 16 is mounted in the battery housing body, and the module is electrically combined with the terminals by Kelvin connections 38, 40. A display device and other output parts are installed to output information about the battery condition from the battery test module.
