PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To soften effects to an image by the non-discharging of a printing nozzle, to extend the life of a head, and to increase the convenience to a user. SOLUTION: This image processing device has a printing means using a plurality of ink discharging nozzles, and a means which performs printing by thinning images. Also, the image processing device is equipped with a means which specifies the nozzle having non-discharging from among the ink discharging nozzles, and has a means which inserts a blank line at the head of printing data depending on the location of the non-discharging nozzle.
