<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection organic base material having excellent adhesion to organic substrates, high strength of the antireflection layer itself and excellent scratch resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The base material has a hardened layer A of a coating composition (a) comprising a compound having at least one polymerizable functional group hardenable with active energy rays and a polysilazane, a hardened layer B of a coating composition (b) containing fine particles of a refractive index of 1.55 or higher and a hardened layer C of a coating composition (C) containing a polysilazane, formed in this order on the surface of an organic substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
