摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission impedance amplifying device of a source follower that can increase the frequency bandwidth and is not affected so much by parasitic pad capacitance and variations in process irrespective of a self resonance frequency SRF and a Q value of an inductor. SOLUTION: A source follower stage receives an electric current signal to reduce the impedance of a signal source. A common source stage is driven by the reduced signal source impedance to amplify the electric current signal and increase the frequency bandwidth of the electric current signal, and buffers the amplified signal while maintaining the increased frequency bandwidth of the amplified signal. The frequency bandwidth of the common source stage is increased by the signal source impedance which is reduced here. A shunt feedback resistor is placed between the source follower stage and common source stage.
