PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the operation setting of an image pickup device within a predetermined area such as when it is desired to inhibit photographing near cultural assets or pictures, for example. SOLUTION: A photographing management apparatus 1 transmits a control signal for controlling operation setting of an image pickup device 2 for picking up a subject within a set spatial range and when the image pickup device 2 enters the spatial range and receives the control signal, operation setting is automatically changed based upon the control signal.
