PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a required appliance by a common method which enables claim check users to exchange a claim check for either of an appliance in actual use and a used empty appliance when both an appliance under the self-charge of the clam check user and an appliance provided by a manager described on the claim check, which are used together without special agreements, are appliances of the same type as that of an appliance described on the claim check. SOLUTION: In terms of the claim check with indicated descriptions for use in the method for securing the required appliance which has outflowed, the appliance and the claim check can be exchanged for each other so as to secure the required appliance which has outflowed; a claim-check use contractor is provided with the claim check and the appliance; the manager described on the claim check provides the appliance for the claim-check use contractor in exchange for the claim check; the provided appliance can be indefinitely used in an unlimited manner in the case of an annual contract; the claim check user selects the exchange and return of the other user's as many empty appliances as possible, so as to obtain the claim checks required for the exchange and the return; and a hindrance is not caused even to operations performed in cooperation with a contractor who has not used the claim check yet.
