PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an owner of a methane gas generation source to stably and economically treat methane gas. SOLUTION: A methane gas treating equipment 3 is connected to the methane gas generation source 2 via the first gas piping 4, a gas consuming equipment 6 is connected to the methane gas treating equipment 3 via the second gas piping 5, and recovered methane gas is used as fuel gas for the gas consuming equipment 6. The second gas piping 5 is connected to a town gas supply network 10 via delivery piping 13 and receiving piping 14. The first gasmeter 17 is provided in the delivery piping 13 to measure a methane gas volume delivered to the town gas supply network 10, the second gasmeter 19 is provided in the receiving piping 14 to measure a methane gas volume received from the town gas supply network 10 to the gas consuming equipment 6, and a gas reception charge is calculated based on the delivery volume and the received volume.
