PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decorate even a component having a complicated shape using a film without causing the lowering of commodity properties due to a color change. SOLUTION: A metallic pigment 5 and an orientation inhibiting material 6 for suppressing the orientation of the metallic pigment 5 are added to the colored layer 3 of a coating substitute film 1. By this constitution, when the coating substitute film 1 is stretched to be pasted on the outer trim component or the like of a car, the orientation inhibiting material 6 becomes an obstruction to prevent the movement of the metallic pigment 5 in an orientation direction. Accordingly, even after the coating substitute film 1 is stretched, the incident light on the film 1 impinges against the metallic pigment 5 to be irregularly reflected and the hue change of the film 1 is suppressed.
