PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detachable medical laser probe which satisfies damand characteristics such as mechanical strength, heat resistance, moisture resistance, chemical resistance, non-toxicity, low loss properties, economical efficiency, easiness to use or the like and suitable for disporsability or re-usability. SOLUTION: This laser probe has a thin dielectric film 1C which is applied to the inner wall of a metal pipe 1A and transparent to the wavelength band of a laser beam to be used.
