PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus automatically releasing a battery lock. SOLUTION: When a user opens a battery-loading lid 10, a lid opening detecting protrusion 44 comes out of contact with a protruded part 40a fitted to a lid opening detection switch 40, and sends a signal to a CPU 38 through a lid opening detection circuit 42. The CPU 38, when it receives the signal from the lid opening detection switch 40, switching-on is performed on a shape-memory alloy wire 34 through a current-carrying circuit 36 after a given elapse of time. The shape-memory alloy wire 34 contracts by heat when a current flows into from the circuit 26, and pulls a battery lock claw 24 to rotate to opposite side to a battery pack 12 to release the lock of the battery pack 12.
