PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device whose display quality can easily be improved. SOLUTION: Electronic equipment equipped with a display part which displays data with a plurality of pixels is equipped with a defective pixel storage part which stores information on a defective pixel included in the plurality of pixels, a correcting means of correcting data according to the information on the defective pixel, and a display control part which performs control for displaying the data corrected by the correcting means at a display part.
