PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of puncture; to relatively reduce cost with a simple structure; to reduce a sense of incompatibility in using a blood access; and to allow use over a long period. SOLUTION: This blood access is provided with a peripheral wall for constituting a well 21 for supporting a shutter member 30 on the inside thereof and a through-hole 23 extending in the longitudinal direction. This blood access is composed of a body 20 for arranging a blood outflow hole 26U and a blood inflow hole 26D for communicating with the through-hole in a well bottom part, the shutter member 30 formed so as to be slidable on the well bottom part and having a communicating hole 31 communicating with the blood outflow hole and the blood inflow hole, a shutter cover 40 for forming a pocket for slidingly guiding a sliding part of the shutter member between the cover and the well and a cap 50 put on the shutter cover. This blood access is constituted so that the blood outflow hole and the blood inflow hole communicate with the shutter communicating hole or communication is cut off by sliding the shutter member.
