PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head shield for warming a face, etc., by performing heat insulation in the face, etc., promoting sweating and also opening pores. SOLUTION: The head shield includes a head shield main body 1 for covering the whole head of a human body. The head shield main body 1 comprises: a hole 14 on the front surface, which is formed to be gradually widened in a front part and side parts; smooth line shape projections 2 which meet the top of head; and vent holes 3 in the periphery of the projections 2. A removable front surface shield 4 is fitted to the head shield main body 1, and attached to an arbitrary position through the use of the female part 8 of a hook and loop fastener on the head shield main body 1 and a male part 9 of the hook and loop fastener on the front surface shield 4, while clogging the hole 14.
