At least a portion of the long-term value of the asset is accounted for as capital on a capital account of a financial institution for a period of time. An income is distributed to an owner of the asset during the period of time responsive to the accounting for the long-term value of the asset as capital on the capital account, wherein the owner of the asset maintains ownership of the asset during the period of time.
