Weighted foot comprises two moulded hollow plastic blocks (3, 4) with their inner surfaces recessed to form a hole for the lower end of a post or mast (2) when they are fastened together on either side of it by elastic clamps (26, 27) engaging with toothed lugs (23, 24) on the blocks. An Independent claim is also included for production of the plastic blocks by blow moulding, injection moulding, roto-moulding or thermoforming, and then ballasting with water, sand or cement. |
