WHITE LED LIGHTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white LED lighting device and a white LED light source for the device which ensures full illuminance and comprehensively saves energy and trouble of maintenance.

SOLUTION: Two or more holding holes are formed linearly at prescribed pitches on a reflection plate 9, having the same shape that of as the illumination surface of a lighting fixture 1. Two or more white LED elements 11 are inserted into the holding holes and fixed behind each electrode 12 by 2 to 4mm. Positive and negative terminals of each white LED element 11 are attached to a substrate 10 placed in parallel immediately behind the reflection plate 9. Direct and parallel networks of electric circuit, suitable for each voltage applied to positive and negative terminals, are formed to provide the light source for the white LED illumination.
