<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal and a data transmission method which reduces the interruption time of a communication at the time of switching over sub-nets, even if the sub-net at a destination is unknown. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal 106a comprises two network devices 313, 314 for the connection to a network and data communications with other communication terminals. One network device 313 connects to a network through a sub-net 110.During communicating with a communication terminal 100, the other network device 314 searches for other sub-nets than the sub-net 110.
