RUBBER/STEEL PLATE LAMINATE WITH FLANGED STEEL PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber/steel plate laminated structure constituted so as to prevent the peeling/cracking easy to occur at the bonded part of the rubber layer of the rubber-steel plate laminated structure and a flanged steel plate by enhancing the adhesive force in the vicinity of the outer peripheries of the adhesive surfaces of the rubber layer and the flanged steel plate. SOLUTION: The rubber-steel plate laminated structure 10 is produced by alternately laminating rubber layers and internal steel plates so that upper and lower end parts become the rubber layers to obtain a rubber/steel plate laminate and bonding the flanged steel plates 3 and 3' to the rubber layers 1' and 1" of the upper and lower ends of the laminate. Metal plating is applied to the surfaces bonded to the rubber layers 1' and 1" of the flanged steel plates 3 and 3' and blast treatment is applied to the metal plating layers to set surface roughness to 28-80 as a peak count number.
