<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring camera system simple in its installation and sufficient in convenience. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication terminal for viewing a monitored picture is provided with a position information acquiring means and a control means which automatically calls the monitoring camera when the terminal comes to a prescribed position.
