<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a call area for a wireless IP (Internet protocol) telephone set without imposing significant economic costs on an IP telephony service provider. <P>SOLUTION: In a voice communication service system JH, the service provider provides a subscriber who has paid predetermined subscription fees with voice communication services using an authorized access point and a spare bandwidth of an authorized broadband line.
