PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antigen peptide-MHC class II molecular complex and a polymerized antigen peptide-MHC class II molecular complex, both of which enable the antigen presentation of a mucosa invasive protein antigen to a CD4<SP>+</SP>T cell and to provide an antigen-specific CD4<SP>+</SP>T cell detector which contains the above polymerized molecular complex, can detect a mucosa invasive protein antigen-specific CD4<SP>+</SP>T cell and can effectively be used for the analysis or the like of antigen-specific activation of the CD4<SP>+</SP>T cell in a mucosal system. SOLUTION: The antigenic peptide-MHC class II molecular complex comprises the antigenic peptide which has the antigen determining group for recognizing the T cell antigen receptor of mucosa invasive protein, and at least a part of MHC class II molecules, and is characterized by performing the antigen presentation of antigen peptide.
