<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric converter that is low in cost and has high connection strength between photoelectric converters. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric converter is provided with a semiconductor as a first conductive material and a semiconductor as a reverse conductive material on a substrate 1 having one electrode layer and an electrode 5 and an extraction electrode 9 that are connected to the semiconductor as a reverse conductive material. The substrate 1 is made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy wherein copper or nickel is at least partly dispersed, and the extraction electrode 9 is covered with alloy solder. By having a part of the substrate 1 where copper or nickel is dispersed and the extraction electrode 9 of the photoelectric converter adjoining therewith connected with each other, the photoelectric converter having high connection strength between photoelectric converters can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
